Restaurants and labs are the same business — perishable inventory, narrow margins, a stack of compliance, and a workforce that doesn’t care about your dashboard. The software that wins isn’t the prettiest; it’s the one that survives a Saturday night. I’ve spent eighteen years writing for that constraint.

Founder & CEO. Grub24 powers single-site restaurants and multi-brand groups across the UK and the Gulf — terminals, kitchen displays, online ordering, deliveries, accounting and analytics, all on a single ledger.

The wager: every restaurant is a software company that doesn’t know it yet. We give them the layer their finance director, head chef, and night-shift supervisor can all agree on.

Gulfio learns from what you read, save, and skip — and from the publishers you choose to follow. The feed gets sharper every day, instead of louder. Tune by interests, language, and region; follow individual publishers, journalists, or topics; and let saved, liked, and dismissed signals quietly recalibrate the rest.

The AI desk is a ChatGPT-style assistant trained on Gulfio’s indexed content. Ask about a story, a topic, or a region — every answer comes back with citations to the original reporting. Built on indexed publisher content, not the open web. Works in English and Arabic.

AI-powered health monitoring that reads your lab reports and genomic samples — flags possible mutations and health risks, builds a plan of action, books the right specialist, and tracks every measurement over time.

Upload a blood panel, a genomic sample, an annual physical. Labtrack indexes the result, benchmarks it against your history, and surfaces the signals that matter: a possible mutation, a drifting marker, a risk vector your GP might miss. For each finding, it drafts a plan — lifestyle, follow-up tests, specialist — and books the appointment with the right expert directly from the app.

Every new report locks into the same timeline, so a 24-month view of you is one tap away — for you, your clinician, or the second opinion you actually trust. Private beta open to a small cohort of users and clinical partners. Investor & design-partner conversations open.
